MATRIX form possible in APEX ??

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any possiblity to make a matrix form in apex..you know both columns and rows of a form are table columns and each cell of this form is the row of a table which form is based on...If anyone of you knows how do to it or have an example please give it to me :P
