materialized views are not getting refreshed

Hi ,

We are using Oracle 10.2.0.3 database on AIX platform.We have few materialized views and are not getting refreshed from 7th March 2012.

Alert log of the database is clean and we could not see any error.

I Checked few posts in OTN forum about this issue but could not get any clue.In the earlier posts about this issue,there was some discussion about the following init parameters regarding this materialized view refresh issue,so I'm posting the values set for these parameters in our database for reference.

job_queue_processes parameter is set to 2.
nls_date_format parameter is not set.

Can somebody please help us to resolve this issue...
