Materialized View Refresh manually

Hi Folks, I created the MView and its refresh daily at 6.08AM everyday. But today the refresh didn't initiated as I didn't see the today's data in the MView.

1. How do I know, MView is refreshed or not ?

2. How do I refresh the MView on demand (manually) in the TOAD (looking for command)

3. How do I track all the refresh logs and refresh time ?
