materialized view log

hi , i m working on a database 11g where i found some mv logs that contain big size on my database but i dont find any materialized view on my database so i dont find any use of them.

but before purge them i want to sure that they are not being used by any materialized view .

so ho can i be sure that that materialized view logs r useless and what is the the best way to purge them.
