materialized view fast refresh

hi everyone
i m kinda new in materialized view. Plz guide me i replicate scott.emp table to scott.mv_emp. How I can add a timestamp column in destination (mv_emp) table which would record time when i would refresh it. Thnx. Reply me asap. Thnx in advance.
