Master - Detal Forms - cannot save detail records

Hello All,

I am working with Forms 6.0. I have a master / detail form in which I auto-populate items in the detail-block when I create a new record in the master block. When I do a commit form the items in the detail block do not save to the database.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
