Massive performance issues (IO related) after applying July PSU (12.1.0.2.180717) on RAC env

Hi there

We're facing massive performance issues on a RAC einvoronment after applying the July PSU on a 12.1.0.2 DB.

Many statements do a lot more IO requests from disk as before applying PSU. For example: we have many 100GByte Disk reads from a 4 GB table.

This is causing a decrease of performance because the HBA (host bus adapter, attached to SAN) utilization goes up to 100%. And all other IO requests can't be handled proper..

Did someone also have the issue?

(Severy 1 case is open at Oracle, but no improvement so far)
