We have a leave called Marriage leave. Marriage leave is based on the Marital status, such as the employees having the Marital status as 'Single' should have 5 days of Marriage leave. So the scenario is, if the marriage of the employee is on 15th October, and he/she takes a leave from 14th October to 18th October, his/her Marital status would have been changed to Married on 15th Oct. Is there any possibility to avail the leave after the status has been changed? Please advice.
On testing this, i have recorded the leave in advance for Marriage leave, but since the status has been changed in between, it is affecting the other leave types when taken after this Marriage leave.
