Database Software

Hi,
I am a newbie to Mapview and Oracle Spatial and am having problems with themes and base maps. I have a base map with 4 themes, one for cities, one for streets, one for major roads and one for flood zones. Within the flood zone theme I have 3 styling rules, which specify a color to use based on a feature query of what zone it is in. The problem is that when the map image is generated only the last styling rule for the flood zone them is processed. The first 2 styling rules for the theme are either overwritten or ignored. The other 3 themes seem fine, which only have one styling rule to each of them. Is there some transparency setting that can be used to get all the themes and their associated styling rules to be processed/displayed? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any suggestions.
