Mapping Run Error: Agent encountered an error: ODI-1217

Hi,

I did simple mapping between two tables (Source & Target) and when I click Run, I keep getting the following message:

SEVERE: Agent encountered an error: ODI-1217: Session New_Mapping_1_Physical_SESS (9) fails with return code ODI-1298. Caused by: ODI-1226: Step Physical_STEP fails after 1 attempt(s).

Please note that I can right click and View the Data from the Source and Target tables without any issues and also the green check mark to Validate mapping outputs validate successfully

Any ideas?
