MapInfo EasyLoader

Hello,
We are a shop that uses MapInfo Professional to maintain our Spatial data. So, we use EasyLoader to upload data into Oracle9i database. I have found that the "APPEND" option in EasyLoader is very slow. I takes hours sometimes to upload data ino the Oracle tables. This is really getting to be a productivity issue. Is there any other method to upload the same data into Oracle ?
