Map multi-flat file to target oracle table- help

Hello All
Refer to one of my question in the previous posted. I have address this issues, and I hope someone out there knows the answer then please help me...

1. Can I map flat file target to flat file source? If so, what step should i do, do I have to create a connector similar to flat file to oracle table

2. After I got the result from the flat file, I want to do some data cleansing, and at this stage, can I map muliti flat files to one target oracle table.? if so what are step I need to included.
