Map a share folder with VM Oracle Linux

I need to share a folder from my base machine to VM Oracle Linux (Latest version downloaded from edelivery)

a.I have update the shared folder information in VM settings,

b. when I am using mount -t vboxsf share mount_point its saying unknown file system type vboxsf

Also there is no GUI, i need GUI how can I have GUI?

This may be cause of Guest Applications, I have not installed it, if that is necessary please help in installing those.
