Many small files less than 500 MB for backup archive log using RMAN

Hi Guys,

I have few instances of oracle databases.

almost all have no problem.

one of that database is just imported from the old instance, and i use crontab to backup archivelog using rman.

but only this one instance that have small archive log files from rman. There are 5 until 8 archive log files with size less than 500 MB. Usually my archive log should be more than 5 GB per files.

Any idea to help me configure something to create bigger archive log files?
