Manual Steps to Re-Org tables in a Tablespace 11g database

Hi Community,

Kindly guide me to re-org tables of a particular tablespace manually without dbms_redefinition package in 11g database.

And I would also want to resize and reduce the datafile size at the storage level once after the reorganization.
