Manual Provisioning - User Does Not Have Access To Application Instance

Hi,

In OIM11g R2 , BP08, while manual provisioning of application instance, I get the following error:

IAM-2053001 : User does not have access to ApplicationInstance Enterprise Directory.


We have run the catalog sync job and all the mandatory patches are installed.


Kindly share your thoughts.
