Manual Install-Oracle Provider for OLE DB ?

Hello,

I have a production server running Oracle 9.2.04 on Windows 2003 server. I've inherited this server and don't know to much about how it was built. I require the Oracle Provider for OLDDB to be installed and it is not. I'm very leary on running an installation to get this installed. I would feel more comfortable installing manually. Does anyone know if this is possible to install manually? I found an article listing the files that are required and was wondering if I could copy them to the proper folders and register the OraOLEDBver.dll.
