Currently, dashboards are not in strong use in our company. There are some available, but only a few people use these.
This is mainly because of the route that managers/ Global HR teams have to use to get to the desired report. E.g. Navigator - Reports & Analytics (new page loads), going through the folders ETC ETC.
What is the best way to make reports and dashboards available to everyone. Should I utilise an infolet? Or should the 'My dashboard' page be configured by myself and this will then be available for everyone?
Managers have the 'Manager Dashboard' option in there team folder, is this something I should be configuring and encouraging managers to use? IF I Was to go down this route, what can HR employees do to get access to HR dashboards/ reports ETC.
Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make dashboard/ reports more readily available, as at the moment not enough people in the organisation realise they can run reports themselves and see information that they can see.
