Manage OAS 10.1.3 instance from Application Server Contron 10.1.2

Is it possible to manage my newly installed Oracle SOA suite 10g (10.1.3.x) from the OAS Application Server Control page of my 10.1.2 installation?
The only information I found in the documentation and on internet, is for using your 10.1.2 HTTP server as front end for a 10.1.3 application.
