Manage Database Work load Oracle 10gR2

Hello,

I am not a DBA that's why I am asking this question , actually I am facing problem to manage my database workload.

currently i am using database Oracle 10g R2 on VMWare (Windows Server 2003 32 Bit) with 08 GB of RAM and 08 Core (3.4 GHz) processor .

can i divide workload by creating multiple listner ? if yes then how to create multiple listner ? or any other method to manage load ?

Databae Memory Details

SGA : 990 M

PGA : 900 M

Tablespace 12 GB

Total database users are18
