Manage -> Cache is Disabled!

Hi Folks,

I want to purge the cache using Administration Tool but in the Menu section Manage -> Cache it is showing as Disabled even both in Online and Offline mode.

So please guide me in order to purge the cache as I am not able to view Physical query generated in log file in Presentation Layer even after increasing the log level in repository.
