Malformed pdf after installing ORDS 18.2 (FOP 2.2) causes pdf XSLT1

We have created an application in APEX that creates PDF-files using an XSLT1.0 stylesheet, created with Altova Stylevision.

Since I have installed ORDS 18.2.0 this PDF files shows slightly different and I assume this is caused by the fact that ORDS has been upgraded to FOP 2.2.

Is the FOP-version related to the XSLT-version?

Is it possible that my PDF is OK again when I save my stylehseet to XSLT2.0 or are these version-numbers not related to each other at all?
