Malaysian Income Tax deductions

In EBS 12.2.4 handling Malaysian Income Tax Deductions could not be handled, may be it is achievable by way of complex customization.

Can this be handled easily in HCM Cloud. If yes, Please explain how it can be accomplished.

Please let me also know, whether it is possible in 12.2.6.
