Making all fields of Items form READ only except 2 fields(Purchasing -> Default Buyer & General Plan

Hi,

I am working on a requirement where I need to make all fields of item form to READ only except "Default Buyer" & "Planner" fields which are under "Purchasing" & "General Planning" tab. I used QUERY_ONLY="YES" for "INVIDITM" form but it's making all fields of the form as READ only.

Please let me know if anyone has worked on this type of task or can share their knowledge.
