Make Transaction Manager(Quotes list) as an Icon using standard way

Hello,

In CPQ, I have created new Icon of transaction manager(quotes list) using javascript and placed beside of Admin icon but the performance is very low. Please suggest me how can I make this transaction manager(quotes list) as an Icon in a standard way?
