We've recently decommissioned our oracle forms application (Forms [32 Bit] Version 11.1.2.2.0 - not the ERP) from production. But this application should still be available for few team members internally for some reason. Planning to make it read-only so that users can't make any changes. But this application didn't build based on the roles for each form level. Do we have any easy option make it read-only other than changing the code like configuration changes, application server level setup etc..? if not, suggest with minimal code changes?
