Make an Interactive Grid empty (without even the first row)

Hi experts,

I'm using Apex 18.2. I'd like to know if it's possible to show the interactive grid without the first empty record prepared to be entered, as soon as the page is loaded.

This is because I'd like the users to press add row to add the first line in the IG, so the Custom LOV buttons would be shown like this:

Because I'm not able to show these buttons without forcing user to double-click in "Artículo" field or pressing Add Row (Agregar Fila).
