Major issues with StartUp after oracle 11g installation

Hello,

I formatted my computer and then went ahead to install Oracle 11g release 2 on my laptop. I have Windows Vista and the configuration is: Processor- 2ghz core 2 duo and 4gb RAM with a Virtual memory of 8000mb.

My computer has become really really slow after the install. It takes almost 5 minutes to boot up and ready to use after the desktop is displayed. I formatted my laptop again and reinstalled Oracle but to no difference.

Please help me. Is there something which I need to do while installation ?
