Maintenance task question

Hi All,
I found this article: http://www.gokhanatil.com/2010/02/automated-maintenance-tasks-in-oracle-11g.html
My server has all enable but i am not getting anything when i query the dba_autotask_task like:

select task_name, status
from dba_autotask_task

This mean all tasks are not running, correct?
how can I enable?
