Maintenance Specifications on Assets

Could we add a search box instead of a dropdown for maintenance specifications on assets. Need to see more than 300 maintenance specifications. Need a button to allow user to click on next 300 maintenance specifications to be able to add it to the asset once an asset is being edited.
