I’m installing the LACLS using Oracle's APEX-based tool called "Maintenance Assistant (MNT)" on an Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP), following the instructions from the documentation (Doc ID 2741766.1). The process works correctly up to a point, but when trying to install the package Patch 36503268: LACLS Colombia Update Pack 24.3.0, it gets stuck on the following screen:
We waited for over an hour, but the installation process didn’t advance. Upon further inspection, it seems like nothing is being executed. I reviewed the code and couldn’t find anything that triggers the package to begin installation—it only changes the package status to "P."
Does anyone have a solution?
