hi!

im trying to create a list and im really confused with all types of members that a group/list can have:

- Internal Members
- Dynamic Members
- Alternate Email Address
- Mail Equivalent Address
- External Members
- Moderators
- Allowed Broadcaster
- Disallowed Broadcaster
- Allowed Domains
- Disallowed Domains

can anyone give me a little explanation about each one? can all these options be combined? which is the evaluation order?
