Mailbox task rejected

Hi all,

When ever I create onscreen users in OIM mailbox task is rejected, when I retry the task I get the following error message :-

ERROR,07 Nov 2008 09:48:13,396,[XL_INTG.ACTIVEDIRECTORY],Problem modifying object: javax.naming.directory.InvalidAttributeValueException: [LDAP: error code 19 - 000020B5: AtrErr: DSID-03152392, #1:[/b]
[b]0: 000020B5: DSID-03152392, problem 1005 (CONSTRAINT_ATT_TYPE), data 0, Att 200ab (homeMTA)

But when users are created through scheduler then mailbox task is completed. I couldn't figure wat went wrong ?
Can any one help me out
