Mail Queue getting increase rapidly..

I Am using

qm.maint> version
%QM-I-VERSION, qm.maint built Feb 9 2007 at 19:22:45 (Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server version 6.30.15)qm.maint> qm.maint> sum

My mail server queue suddenly getting increase. I think my mail server getting relaying.

Please can any one help to to overcome from this
