[MAF] Implements android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW

Hi MAF Experts,

I'm trying to implement Chat Heads in MAF, I have added android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW in Android-Manifest.template.xml under jdeveloper/jdev/extensions/oracle.maf/Android/Oracle_ADFmf_Framework.zip

However, I have not found a way to create Service Class in MAF

Last but not least, I have to start the Service class
