Machine crashed - Unexpected failure in ELF signature verification.

My Ultra 5 running solaris 10 crashed.
I can boot it but not go beyond text mode. The X-Windows does not start.
It just displays this message and also puts it in /var/adm/messages and
dmesg.
I do however have network enabled.

libpkcs11: /usr/lib/security/pkcs11_softtoken.so unexpected failure in ELF signature verification. System may have been tampered with. See cryptoadm(1M). Skipping this plug-in.
