Update to 1301 from 1201
I have read a few questions regarding the update of the bios here is my current list of changes. Hope it helps..

ZFS: Previously Dual Channel 2x Resulted in Massive amounts of ZFS Errors in 1201
ZFS: Dual Channel by its self with 2x1GB Trancend DDR2 667 Flawless in 1201 and 1301
ZFS: 1301 Dual Channel 2x Trancend DDR2 667 Results in a few Checksum errors
ZFS: 1301 Dual Channel 2x Trancend DDR2 667@DDR2 553 No Checksum errors with ZFS (brings down CAS to 4 instead of 5 etc Faster than DDR2 667 Single Channel)

1301: 256MB Vid with Dual Channel 2x Trancend DDR2 667 at normal config results in CRASH & REBOOT

xVM: 1201 sound did not work from guest now works under ICH97 Guest with 1301

if scrub ZFS results in errors with your ram try changing your DDR2 speed and run again intill no errors occur.

Tried with ZFS:
Dualchanel 667: No Errors
2x Dualchanel 667: Errors
2x Dualchanel 667 with 64MB Frame buffer: Errors
2x DualChanel 557: No Errors

If its a solaris or hardware fault I wont know but the 1301 Bios is of better quality for solaris 10 hopefully the next one or solaris refresh GA will allow me to run my RAM at proper speed.
