Hello,
I'm very new to the community. Not sure, if I'm posting it at the right place.
We're currently having I/O performance issues with our SAS Application and upon research found, creating logical volumes on the file system can improve the performance.
But upon looking for the OCFS2 Best Practice Guide, found OCFS2 doesn't support logical volumes.
Is there a way that we can create logical volumes to improve our performace?
OS: Oracle Enterprise Linux 7.4
Filesystem: OCFS2
Storage: iSCSI attached XtremeIO
Please suggest.
Thanks,
Akshay.
