Lun size recommeded by oracle

Dear Team,

We are doing capacity planing for the next 5-10 years for our databases.

Our current DATA diskgroup size = 800 GB / 800GB single LUN. (SAN storage)

Is there any oracle recommended LUN size for getting best performance. or what would be oracle suggestions for future growth of this diskgroup.
