lsnrctl status / start / stop takes very long time to respond

Hi All,

May i know what should i check if the LSNRCTL commands is responding very slow?

Its taking like 5 - 10 mins to show the result and its also showing TNS NO LISTENER when i run lsnrctl status.

Any advice would be highly apprecieted.
