LSNRCTL failed

I tried to check listener status and i am getting below messages not sure why. DB 12.1.0.2 OS LINUX SUSE

ELPDM:/orahome/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/dbhome/bin # lsnrctl status

If 'lsnrctl' is not a typo you can run the following command to lookup the package that contains the binary:

command-not-found lsnrctl

-bash: lsnrctl: command not found
