"ls -al lost+found" got I/O error, Please Help!

My server has one file is not work, That let me can't using 'find' command in root directory.

The problem in lost+found

Step :-

shell> cd /lost+found
shell> ls -al
lost+found/#112643: I/O error
total 18
drwx------ 3 root root 8192 Apr 15 13:32 .
drwxr-xr-x 28 root root 1024 May 6 02:12 ..

Why the file #112643 has I/O error?
How to fix this problem?
I have using fsck and reboot server. But The error can't fix.
