LRM-00109: could not open parameter file

I have crated the DB using dbca command and the restarted the server but now while starting the database i am getting the error of

LRM-00109: could not open parameter file

Should I recteate the database using the dbca....

earlier I have droped the soem newly creted DB using dbca command will be it is creating the problem after that I have created this database using dbca
