LRM-00105: 'ÆYÆ' is not a legal Boolean for 'full' error while using export

I am getting the below error while trying to take a full backup using export utility. It's a 9i database on Windows server. Could anybody help me with resolving this error.

LRM-00105: 'ÆYÆ' is not a legal Boolean for 'full'
EXP-00019: failed to process parameters, type 'EXP HELP=Y' for help
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully
