LOV Problem while saving data from LOV

I am not sure what I am doing wrong,

I have a page with a LOV in it, the lov is to choose a business type.

Data are saved by a dynamic action. But in the table there is neither the display nor the return value but always “01” no matter wich business type I choose.

Any Ideas ?
