We have a Sun storage array 7310 and the previous employee didnt document credentails for root and SP access. We are trying to reset these without data loss, for some vritual machines are running off this storage. I tried MOS to see procedure unfortunatley these are nolonger available, and unit is EOL and EOS, so no active support contracts. any help will be useful.
