Hello,
I changed my phone and “lost” the auth app, so I cant connect to the cloud anymore.
I raised a ticket and one of the mandatory questions is the credit card last 4 digits and exp date.
As the losing the MFA was not alone a problem .. the card I used expired .. and it was held by a bank that .. does not do business anymore in my country .. so I cant find the expiration date :(
The support team told me the process needs that expiration date to reset my MFA and they cant do anything ... and to come to the forum for help … so here I am.
What are my options ?
PS: I cant believe there is no process for this case ….
