Loss of Control file

Hi all,

I am having a doubt on recovery. If a database is a production database,and accidentally controlfile is deleted and the backup is taken before 10 days, is there any way to restore the controlfile without shutting down the database and recover the last 10 days datas.

If it is possible to restore the controlfile and recover the datas without shutting down the database, How can we do that?

Guide me.
