Looping Check Boxes

Hi All,

I have a problem with the looping of checkboxes.

I have a multiline data block.

There are two check boxes ACTIVE and CERTIFIER

Suppose if there are 5 records and 3 of them are certifiers then only one of those 3 records should be active

and if the certifier checkbox is NO for the remaining 2 records then out of those 2 one record should be active.

How do I check this?

Please Advice.
