Lookup/LOV Field Popup Window appears disformed after OIM Bundle Patch11.1.2.3.170718

Hello,

After applying the latest OIM Bundle Patch Number : 11.1.2.3.170718 ( Patch:26040260 ) (11.1.2.3.5 OIM Bundle Patch number)

All the pop up indows appear like this:

I found the following Document which describes exactly my problem, but I cannot understand what is the solution that it provides,

it says "Apply OIM Bundle Patch 11.1.2.3.161018 or higher." but we already have a higher OIM Bundle Patch.

Lookup/LOV Field Popup Window Not Resizable in Application Form (Doc ID 2186901.1)

Does anyone has any ideas on this?
